Over the years, our dedication to craftsmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction has allowed us to grow into highly regarded leaders in commercial flooring. Despite our expansion, we’ve stayed true to our roots, maintaining the values of a family business that prioritises client relationships and trust.
Today, QCF is directed by industry veterans Joshua Barnard and Corey Redgate, who bring over 40 years of combined experience to the company. With their expertise, we specialise in the supply and installation of a diverse range of commercial floor coverings across Australia. Our commitment to excellence and professionalism ensures that every project meets the highest standards, making QCF a trusted name in the flooring industry. We take pride in our journey and look forward to continuing to serve our clients with the same care and dedication that defined our beginnings.

Joshua Barnard – Director
Josh brings over two decades of experience where he has honed his expertise in all facets of flooring solutions, from materials and installation techniques to client service and project management. Known for his commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail, Josh takes pride in delivering results that meet the highest standards. Outside of work, Josh is an avid water sports enthusiast and loves spending time with his family and friends.
Corey Redgate – Director
Corey brings over twenty years of expertise in the commercial flooring industry, with a deep commitment to delivering high-quality flooring solutions. Known for his dedication and industry knowledge, Corey plays a vital role in ensuring every project meets the highest standards, from planning through to installation. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, adventures in his caravan and camping.
Romana Redgate – Business Services Coordinator
Romana keeps the office running smoothly, handling everything from quotes and accounts to daily business operations. With a knack for organisation and a proactive approach, Romana ensures each part of the business flows seamlessly. She is always ready to tackle any challenge, supporting both our team and clients with efficiency and care. When Romana isn’t at work she can be found playing netball and baking up a storm in the kitchen.
Tamlyn Jones – Business Services Coordinator
Tamlyn is an essential part of our team, expertly managing admin tasks, accounts, and ensuring the day-to-day operations run like clockwork. Known for her dedication, attention to detail and approachable nature, Tamlyn is always ready to assist wherever needed. Outside of work she loves family trips away in her renovated caravan, spending time on the lake, relaxing and unwinding.
Lola – Chief Happiness Officer
As our Chief Happiness Officer, Lola makes sure the office stays lively and keeps spirits high. When not making rounds to greet everyone, Lola can be found napping in the sunniest spot, offering moral support during meetings, or eagerly awaiting treats. With a wagging tail and boundless affection, she reminds us all to take a break and enjoy the little moments.
